PRIVATE SECTOR INITIATIVES (P3s)
US-HART CARES and the OZBCF will form Private Sector P3s with patriotic, philanthropic Investors interested in supporting infrastructure, job creation, education and workforce training, affordable housing and grocery stores, hospitals, senior health care facilities, and retail/commercial real estate in distressed minority communities.
US-HART CARES and OZBCF will also work in emergency disaster recovery, providing more resilient housing, safe waste solutions, and modern workforce training.
